چکیده

M erkel cell carcinoma (MCC) is an uncommon neuroendocrine cutaneous neoplasm often seen in the head and neck area; it is typically associated with poor prognosis. There have been an estimated 17 cases of spontaneous resolution of head and neck MCC in the literature. We report a case of a MCC in the left cheek that demonstrated spontaneous resolution after incisional biopsy. Single case reports are exempt from institutional review board approval at our institution.
